Could you do it? This quote drives to the heart of Stoic Equanimity. Again, could you do it? When it comes to your loved ones there are one of three guaranteed outcomes:
- You will leave them in your death
- They will leave you in in their death
- You will die together
Never forget this…never. It is essential to remember this when dealing with those you love. With death in mind it becomes quite difficult to treat them badly.
